Fixed a bug related to booked Station count. Now once customer chooses time slot the system pre-selects first possible station number by default.

Fixed an issue with Setup instruction, the link did not work for free-roam (Arena) from the Operator panel - Locations settings and has been now resolved and redirects correctly.
