If the SpringboardVR Launcher is displaying in the headset but not on your TV there may be a problem with the resolution not matching the output.
To fix this, open SpringboardVR by holding the Shift button on the keyboard while clicking the "(Re)Start Launcher" button in the system tray icon.
This will bring up a configuration window that will allow you to adjust the resolution to match your display and SpringboardVR should no longer appear as black on the monitor.
