If you are experiencing issues with your SpringboardVR launcher such as content not appearing in the launcher or the timer not starting correctly, you may need to ensure the latest updates are properly installed and that your computer isn't aggressively caching the launcher.

DESKTOP CLIENT CACHE BUTTON

  1. Click into the System Tray on your PC and right click the SpringboardVR logo.
  2. Select "Clear Cache & Restart"
  3. Once the cache has been cleared the Desktop Client will restart itself.
  4. After the Desktop Client is open you can choose "Start Launcher" and your content should be viewable.

MANUALLY WIPE YOUR DESKTOP CLIENT CACHE

  1. Close SpringboardVR and SteamVR via the System Tray.

    • NOTE: It is also a good idea to double check they are completely closed by opening up the Task Manager and ending any SpringboardVR or SteamVR tasks.
  2. Next, open your File Explorer, click into the large navigation bar and type %appdata%/SpringboardVR/Caches into the address bar.
