There are a few things to check if you have a failed payment for you SpringboardVR Subscription or Commercial Licensing costs. The most common reasons for Failed Payments are:
- Credit card is declined.
- If this is the case you may need to check with your bank to ensure SpringboardVR charges are not being blocked.
- Insufficient funds.
- If this is the case you may need to add funds to your card to cover the cost of the charges.
- Card is expired.
- If this is the case you will need to update your credit card information.
To avoid having failed payments, please make sure you have your most recent card on file.
You can update your credit card by logging into your SpringboardVR Operator Panel, navigating to the "Billing" page and entering in your new card information.
Right now we only accept credit cards for payment and cannot accept payment via PayPal, direct debit or other sources.
