How do I view and accept SpringboardVR content EULAs?

*This article is applicable to both operators of VR Arcades and operators of VR labs & maker spaces at educational institutions.*

How to Accept EULAs for Content Already in Your Library

If you have downloaded a one-click title from the SpringboardVR Marketplace and it's not showing on your station you likely need to accept the EULA from the Content Creator. Please follow the steps below to ensure the EULAs have been accepted.

1. Choose the "Content" tab in your Operator Panel and navigate to the "My Library" page.
2. Select the title that shows the orange "Pending EULA approval" notification.
3. Select the "Content Details" tab at the top of the page.
4. Scroll down to the Additional Information section.
5. Click on "View New EULA".
6. A pop-up modal with the EULA for the title will appear.
7. Read through the EULA for the title and if you agree to the terms set by the Content Creator click "Accept".
   
   • NOTE: If you select "Decline" the title will be removed from your Library and uninstalled from your Stations.

OR

1. Navigate to the "Marketplace" page.
2. Select the title that shows the orange "Pending EULA approval" notification.
3. Scroll down to the Additional Information section.
4. Click on "View New EULA" to see the EULA for the title.
5. A pop-up modal with the EULA for the title will appear.
6. Read through the EULA for the title and if you agree to the terms set by the Content Creator click "Accept".
   
   • NOTE: If you select "Decline" the title will be removed from your Library and uninstalled from your Stations.

Repeat these steps for each title that requires acceptance of the EULA.

How to Accept EULAs for New Content

If there is a title in the SpringboardVR Marketplace you wish to add to your Library you will have to accept the EULA before gaining access to the content. Follow the steps below to accept the content EULA and add it to your Library.

1. Select the title you want to add to your Library from the "Marketplace" page. 
2. Click the "Activate License" button on the Marketplace page.
3. A pop-up modal with the EULA for the title will appear.
4. Read through the EULA for the title and if you agree to the terms set by the Content Creator click "Accept".
   • NOTE: If you select "Decline" you will not have access to the content and the title will not be added to your Library 
5. Once accepted, you will be redirected to the "My Library" page and see the title at the top of your content list.
6. Click "Edit" next to the newly added title to be taken to the Station Management tab where you can deploy the title to your stations.

Reviewing Accepted EULAs 

After you have accepted a EULA you can go back view it. Follow the steps below to review EULAs you have already accepted.

1. Go to "My Library".
2. Select the title you would like to see the EULA for.
3. Choose on the "Content Details" tab and scroll down to the Addition Information section.
4. Click on "View" to see the EULA you accepted for the title.

1. Go to the "Marketplace".
2. Select the title you would like to see the EULA for.
3. Scroll down to the Additional Information section.
4. Click on "View" to see the EULA for the title.
