Why do I get this error, "This widget contains no valid payment methods."?


For our booking system to work properly, you must select a payment method for the widget. You need to connect either a Square or Stripe account or toggle on the "Enable In Store Payments" option for your Location. Follow these instructions to make sure you have a payment option attached to your location. 


  1. In your operator panel click on "Admin" and choose "Locations".
  2. Select your location.
  3. Scroll down to the Payment Options section.
  4. Click on the buttons and follow the instructions to connect a Square or Stripe account, or toggle on the "Enable In Store Payments" option to allow your customers to defer payment until they reach your location.
  5. Make sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
