How do I purchase a monthly or yearly commercial license?

To purchase a monthly or yearly commercial license for content on the SpringboardVR Marketplace you need to make sure you have an active license for the title. Make sure you have added the title from the Marketplace into My Library then follow the steps below.

It is important to note that once purchased, Monthly and Yearly licenses are immediately available and cannot be refunded. 

1. In your Operator Panel navigate to the "Content" tab and select the "My Library" page. 
   
2. Select "Edit" on the title you wish to purchase a new license for.
3. At the top of the titles Station Management page you will see a section called Pricing. Click on the "Edit Licenses" button in this section to purchase new licenses.
   
4. Here you can see a breakdown of the available license options as well as the number of licenses you may already have for the title.
5. To purchase Monthly licenses click the "+" button until you reach the desired number of licenses you would like to purchase.
   
6. To purchase Yearly licenses click on the "+ Add License" button until you reach the desired number of licenses you would like to purchase.
   
   
   • If you want the license to auto-renew at the end of the year license period, keep it selected.
     
   • If you do not want the license to auto-renew at the end of the year license period, deselect the box.
     
7. Once you have added the licenses you would like to purchase, click "Next".
8. Here you will get an overview of your purchase such as they type of licenses you are purchasing, the number of licenses you have selected to purchase, the prorated amount you will be charged for the use of the license through the end of the billing cycle, information on the full price of the title, and the total price you will be charged.
9. Once you have verified the information is correct, select "Pay" and wait to be returned to the titles page with the confirmation message for successful purchase.
10. Since you are billed immediately when you buy brand new monthly or yearly licenses they will not appear in the Recurring Monthly Invoice section below the license information. You can view the invoice for your purchase from the Invoice History tab found on the "Billing" page.
11. After select pay the licenses will be available immediately.
