Why does the usage data in My Library not match my analytics export?


Why are the tracked minutes not the same?

You may notice the minutes listed for the usage breakdown on your titles does not exactly match the usage data you receive when exporting reservation data. This is because the data listed on the Marketplace and My Library pages is not a live calculation and only updates every few hours.


How do I know when the data was last updated?

  1. To see when the data was most recently updated, click "Admin" and select the "Billing" page.
  2. At the top of the My Account tab you will see Latest Update and a date listed below. This indicates the last time the usage data was pulled and updated for your account. 
  3. The date listed here will change once the data is pushed out and updated.
